Our sizing charts are the most important document to us and we have ensured that the measurements are as exact as they can be to help you when ordering online.

But if the shoes are the incorrect size, then not a worry. We have a 30 day free return guarantee. All you need to do is drop us an email and we will send you the return details.

For those who are local though, we do have a Showroom.

We believe in giving a personalized fitting service so that you do not feel rushed into making a choice, you can shop in peace and quiet and when you leave the showroom you are happy with your purchase.

We like to allocate 1 hour to attend to your dance shoe desires and that’s why we request that you ring and make a suitable appointment time. A whole hour may not be necessary but this way we, the staff, can also ensure complete attention to you and your requests without any distractions from other customers.
Once your appointment has been arranged, the Showroom address will be provided to you. You will receive a text message the day prior to your appointment to confirm the time. If you are unable to attend your fitting, we would greatly appreciate that you let us know so a new time can be arranged.
Showroom Appointment Times:

Saturday: 10.00am - 4.00pm.
All Public Holidays and Long Weekends, Easter (1 week), Christmas (2 weeks).
Other times as required and notifications will be on the website and Facebook.
