What hours is Anja Dance open?

Anja Dance office hours are:

Anja Dance will be closed on all Public Holidays, Easter (1 week), Christmas (2 weeks) and other times as advised.

How much is shipping?
 
All our goods are sent by Australia Post Express Post Bags and require a signature upon delivery for security. Shipping (Australia wide only) is a flat fee of $20.00 unless you spend over $200.00 (not including shipping & handling) and then shipping is free. This offer is not valid for multiple address or wholesale orders.
 
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
 
Depending on your location, if your shoes are in stock and quantity ordered, your parcel/s may take a few days to arrive. You will be sent an email to notify when your parcel/s have left Anja Dance’s premises with a tracking number. You can keep tabs on your parcel through Australia Post’s website: http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html.
If your order exceeds the 3kg maximum of Express Post Satchels, we will send by Registered Post and this may take 7-10 business days.
 
My order has not arrived, yet I ordered 7 days ago!

Anja Dance will endeavour to ship your order the same day or the very next day after you have submitted your order.  You will receive an email with the tracking number.  Please check the Australia Post website before contacting Anja Dance.
Anja Dance sends all parcels as Registered Post so that a signature is required upon delivery. You have the security of knowing that someone will sign for your package.
NOTE: If you were not able to receive your shipment on the delivery day or no-one will be available to sign for it, Australia Post will leave you a Collection card for this purpose.  Please visit your local branch to collect your item.

International Shipping?

Currently we are shipping Australia wide but if you are from overseas please send an email with the shoes that you require, your full address to post the parcel to and we will obtain a shipping price for you. We ship overseas parcels the safest and quickest way to you so that your parcel is secure and arrives when promised. This does come with a cost and we will send you a quote before the final order. All overseas payments are to be made via PayPal.

I wish to exchange my shoes for a different style or size. What should I do?

For online orders only, Anja Dance must be notified within 30 days of receiving your shoes for exchange of shoes and shoes must not be damaged or modified in anyway. Sale items can only be exchanged for a different size in the same range only.
If this is the case then firstly, check to see if the shoe you require is in stock. If so, then contact Anja Dance by using the Contact Form available or phone on 0466 364 400 to reserve the new pair of shoes & obtain the form for your Free Return. Please send with the returning pair of shoes the Free Return Form, a “pre-addressed postage satchel” and detailed instructions on what item you want to exchange with. This is to confirm the details.  This method ensures that you don’t have to pay more for the same/similar item but the process will take some time.

Dance shoes purchased from the Showroom or Display cannot be returned for change of mind or size only if the shoes are faulty. In this case please contact Anja Dance on 0466 364 400 to arrange for return or shoes at a suitable time. You may be requested to return the shoes to the Showroom or they can be posted back as explained above.

If I purchase an item and now would like a refund, what do I do?

A refund will only be given if the shoes are faulty or we do not have your size in stock. A refund will not be given for change of mind.
For Online Sales only, you have 30 days to return your shoes for a refund. The shoes must be unworn and not be damaged or modified in anyway. If your return is due to a Manufacturer’s fault, then please advise Anja Dance staff.

Contact Anja Dance using the Contact Form or phone  0466 364 400 to arrange for your Free Return form.  Once the shoe’s have been received, your refund will be processed using the same method as payment – either via  Shopify Gateway, PayPal or if Direct Deposit was used, then please fill out the details on the Free Return form to ensure that your refund is processed promptly.
 
What sizing are Anja Dance shoes?

All Anja Dance shoes are EU sizing. Please refer to the sizing chart for correct measuring information and selection of shoe size. Please note that every brand of dance shoes tend to have different sizing so its very important that you measure your foot and refer to our size chart.
