What hours is Anja Dance open?

Anja Dance can be contacted on 0466 364 400.

If you are local to Adelaide, South Australia we do have a Showroom.

Showroom Appointment Times are:

Saturday: 10.00am - 4.00pm.

Please contact us on the above number to arrange an appointment time.

Anja Dance will be closed on all Public Holidays, Easter (1 week), Christmas (2 weeks) and other times as advised.

How much is shipping?

We have now gone to FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $100.00 by Regular Tracked Post. Regular Tracked Post with Signature is $17.65 and Express Tracked Post with signature is $27.50 for a quicker delivery time.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Depending on your location, if your shoes are in stock and quantity ordered, your parcel/s may take a few days to arrive. You will be sent an email to notify when your parcel/s have left Anja Dance’s premises with a tracking number. You can keep tabs on your parcel through Australia Post’s website: http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html.

If you have requested FREE postage - these parcels are sent by Regular tracked mail and may take 7-10 days to arrive. If you have selected the $27.50 Express Post then it should arrive the next business day after posting in metro areas but again it will depend on your location.

If your order exceeds the 3kg maximum of Express Post Satchels, we will send by Registered Post and this may take 7-10 business days.

My order has not arrived, yet I ordered 7 days ago!

Anja Dance will endeavor to ship your order within 2 business days after you have submitted your order.  You will receive an email with the tracking number.  Please check the Australia Post website before contacting Anja Dance.
Anja Dance sends all parcels as Tracked Post so that a signature is required upon delivery. You have the security of knowing that someone will sign for your package.
NOTE: If you were not able to receive your shipment on the delivery day or no-one will be available to sign for it, Australia Post will leave you a Collection card for this purpose.  Please visit your local branch to collect your item.

International Shipping?

Currently we only ship Australia wide but if you are from overseas please send an email with the shoes that you require, your full address to post the parcel to and we will obtain a shipping price for you. We ship overseas parcels the safest and quickest way to you so that your parcel is secure and arrives when promised. This does come with a cost and we will send you a quote before the final order. All overseas payments are to be made via PayPal.

I wish to exchange my shoes for a different style or size. What should I do?
If I purchase an item and now would like a refund, what do I do?

What sizing are Anja Dance shoes?

All Anja Dance shoes are currently in EU sizing but will be in US sizing soon. Please refer to the sizing chart for correct measuring information and selection of shoe size. Please note that every brand of dance shoes tend to have different sizing so its very important that you measure your foot and refer to our size chart.

Can I order other sizes?

Yes you can is the answer. We are not able to carry all sizes and widths in stock and we do try really hard to keep general sizes in stock all the time but we do sell out. So if you are needing a smaller or larger size, extra width or even a different colour then contact us on 0466 364 400 to discuss your requirements.

Please note: Orders can take up to 8 weeks from when you place your order, either online or at the Showroom or Display, before you receive them. A deposit of $30.00 per pair of shoes is required upon ordering.
