Returns and Refund Policy

Online Purchases Returns.

Our online purchase policy lasts 30 days from Shipping date on FULL PRICED items and 7 days from Received Date on SALE items. If 30 days or 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

For FULL PRICED items, to be eligible for a return, it must be returned within 30 days from purchase date, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the shoes have been altered in any manner, damaged after delivery, worn or used they are not eligible for a refund unless due to original manufacturers error. 
They must also be in the original packaging eg. shoe bag supplied at the time.
Anja Dance will exchange only if incorrect sizing for online purchases, no exchange or refund for change of mind.

Anja Dance must be notified within 3 working days for incorrect sizing or when noticing faulty product and photographic evidence of fault &/or wear on soles to be emailed before return will be accepted as all shoes are checked for any defects before sending.
To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase.

A Return Authorization Form will be sent to you upon return request with details of return shipping. The form must be completed in full and the shoes returned within 7 days from notification.

We do have FREE RETURN POSTAGE for FULL PRICED ITEMS ONLY, but recommend that you return the product with Signature on Delivery required (additional cost to you). You assume all risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit and we therefore advise you take out shipment registration & insurance at time of posting. Anja Dance will not be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to register or insure.

Clearance/Sale Items - 

As these are SALE items, a refund or exchange will only be given if contacted within 7 days from receiving shoes. They must be unworn, unmodified and in re-sale-able condition. A Return Authorization Form will be sent to you upon return request with details of return shipping (to be paid by the buyer). The form must be completed in full and the shoes returned within 7 days from notification. A refund (minus postage fees) will only be given if your size is not available in that range or another range of same price value. An exchange only will be given if your size is available in the range or another range of same price value. If exchanging, a reply paid satchel is to be included with the returned shoes otherwise you will be required to pay the postage fee before the shoes can be sent.

Showroom or Display Purchase Returns:

Our Showroom or Display Purchase policy lasts 30 days from Purchase date on FULL PRICED items and 7 days from Purchase Date on SALE items. If 30 days or 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

Returns/Refunds on purchases from Showroom or Display, where shoes have been tried on before purchasing will not be accepted for change of mind or incorrect sizing, only if the product is faulty.. Anja Dance must be notified within 3 working days of faulty product and photographic evidence of fault & wear on soles to be emailed before return will be accepted as all shoes are checked for any defects.

Exchanges (if applicable)
 
We will replace items for incorrect sizing or change of mind for full priced items only if bought online otherwise only if the shoes are defective or damaged.

 

If you need to exchange a pair of shoes for the same item, then send us an email at info@anjadance.com.au. You’ll be sent a form to complete and instructed to send your item to: Anja Dance, PO Box 3125, Aberfoyle Park SA 5159.

For FULL PRICED ITEMS  this is a free return postage but you must pay for your exchange items to be shipped back to you. For SALE ITEMS, return postage is at your cost. Our suggestion is to include an Express Post Bag completed with your details to ensure smooth and quicker postage back of your shoes.
 
 Gifts
 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
 
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

After contacting Anja Dance to return your product, you will be instructed to mail your product to: Anja Dance, PO Box 3125, Aberfoyle Park SA 5159. 

Anja Dance has free return shipping for FULL PRICED ITEMS only but you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchange items. We suggest for exchanges to send with your package an Express Post Bag completed with your details to ensure smooth and quicker postage back of your shoes.
 
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund or a gift certificate as a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary and that is why we specify an Express Post Bag.
 
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
 
Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7-10 days.
 
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
